Cate Equipment Co. has a fleet of field trucks and service technicians at all of branches in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Help us help you--when you call for field service or any type of service problems, please have the following basic information about your machine:

• Machine make, model, and serial number.
• If known, the parts or components that need to be serviced, and an accurate as possible description of the problem you are having with the machine.
• Specific directions to the location of the machine to be serviced.
